Berkshire Homestate Goes Live with Phase II of Duck Creek Technologies’ Policy Administration Solution and Adds Billing Solution

Phase I allowed BHHC to issue policies directly through the Duck Creek’s system for workers’ compensation business for over 30 states. Phase II, which is currently underway, will allow BHHC to issue an array of commercial insurance line products including automobile, property, and general liability. As of today, the company has successfully rolled out their new commercial auto product in Texas, with several other states following.
