Holiday Schedule. Duck Creek employees enjoy nine scheduled holidays annually.

Paid Time Off.  In addition to paid holidays, employees are eligible for Paid Time Off to be taken at their discretion and with supervisor's approval. A total of 25 days of PTO is accrued annually.

Community Service. In addition to company-coordinated community service projects, employees are allowed paid time off up to one day annually to provide service for charitable, not-for-profit organizations.  Supervisor approval is required.

Health & Dental Insurance.  Extremely competitive medical and dental insurance plans are available to employees.

Life Insurance, AD&D, Short Term and Long Term Disability. .  The company pays 100% of the cost for a package of benefits that includes life insurance coverage for employee, spouse, and dependents. Employees have the option of purchasing additional life insurance coverage under the same plan. Insurance coverage for AD&D, short term disability and long term disability is also provided.

401K Retirement Plan.. Employees may begin participating in the Duck Creek 401K plan immediately. Matching contributions equal to your salary reduction contributions are limited to a maximum of 3% per year. Employees are 100% vested after one year of service.

Eat, Drink and be Merry! Soda, coffee, hot chocolate, hot tea, and iced tea are free for all employees. Breakfasts and lunches are provided once a month for all employees!

Health/Fitness. Discounted memberships at local YMCAs are available at some Duck Creek locations.

Open Communication. Company-wide gatherings ("Flockings") are held to provide employees with updates on all facets of company business including sales pipeline reports, new employee introductions, financial updates, and even an occasional "Quack on the Back" for employees who went above and beyond.

Celebrate The Seasons. Employees celebrate the seasons by relaxing, enjoying each other's company and meeting family members with a Spring Party for the "ducklings" (children of employees), a Company Picnic and "Burger Burn" to beat the heat of the summer months, a Fall Fest to enjoy the changing of leaves and cool crisp air in October, and a slightly more formal Winter Dinner for employees and a guest.
