Duck Creek Employees. Policy Administration

Our unique culture is the result of an exceptional group of people who have worked hard to create something truly extraordinary.

Holiday Schedule. We provide nine scheduled holidays annually.

Paid Time Off (PTO). In addition to paid holidays, full-time employees are eligible for Paid Time Off. A total of 25 days of PTO is accrued annually.

Community Service. In addition to PTO, employees are allowed up to one day annually to provide service for charitable, not-for-profit organizations.

Health & Dental Insurance. Extremely competitive medical and dental insurance plans are available to employees. For health and dental coverage, the company pays the majority of the cost for the employee’s coverage and of the additional cost for adding the employee’s spouse and/or family. Coverage starts the first of the month following employment.  For health insurance, a Buy-Up option, with lower deductible and co-insurance, is available for an additional charge to the employee. Dental insurance including orthodontia is available to employees.

Vision Insurance. Vision insurance is available through Humana Vision Care. Plans are available for the employee; employee/spouse; employee/children/ or family at reasonable rates paid for by the employee.

Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), Short Term and Long Term Disability. Insurance coverage for AD&D, short term disability and long term disability is also provided. The company pays 100% of the cost for a package of benefits that includes life insurance coverage for employee, spouse, and dependents. Employees have the option of purchasing additional life insurance coverage under the same plan.

401K Retirement Plan. Employees age 21 and older may begin participating in the Duck Creek 401K plan immediately. Employees are 100% vested after one year of service. We will match up to 3% of the employee’s contribution per pay period.

Some Additional Perks. We enjoy casual dress in the office every day. Soda, coffee, hot chocolate, hot tea and iced tea are free for all employees. Snacks are available for a small fee. And on occasion, breakfasts and lunches are provided for all employees!

Health/Fitness. Discounted memberships at local YMCAs are available at some Duck Creek locations.

Green Team. A team of employees take suggestions, discuss and coordinate “green” activities and practices for the company.

Open Communication. Company-wide gatherings are held to provide employees with updates on all facets of company business including sales pipeline reports, new employee introductions and financial updates. There is also a company-wide newsletter distributed weekly.

Celebrate The Seasons. Employees celebrate the seasons by relaxing, enjoying each other's company and meeting family members with a Spring Party for the children of employees, a Company Picnic in the summer, a Fall Fest to enjoy the changing of leaves and cool crisp air in October, and a Holiday Party for employees and a guest.
