Duck Creek Accelerates Growth in South Carolina

Stephen Hall Named to Lead New Regional Office

Bolivar, MO, November 29, 2006 - Duck Creek Technologies, a provider of software and services enabling the insurance industry to design, develop, and deliver insurance products faster than ever, today announced the appointment of Stephen Hall as a senior vice president, leading the company’s new regional office in Columbia, SC. Duck Creek’s accelerated growth has resulted in the addition of 10 new employees to this office since it opened in mid-October.

“We expect rapid growth in Columbia because of the experienced workforce in the area and the continued rapid growth in Duck Creek’s customer base,” said CEO Doug Roller.

Hall joins Larry Wilson, Duck Creek’s chairman, and Lee Fogle, senior vice president, Field Operations, as a senior executive based in Columbia.

Hall was president and CEO of Colonial Companies (Colonial Life and Accident Insurance Company), and a partner and CFO of The Trelys Funds, a venture capital investment group based in Columbia. His prior experience includes tenure as president and CEO of Quickfarm, Inc.; president and CEO of Conita Technologies; chairman and CEO of Queue Systems; and, founder and CEO of Target Pro Productions. Hall earned his BS degree from The Citadel, an MBA from the University of Utah, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.

Other new Duck Creek employees in Columbia include: Glenn Hedgecock, Jr. as a Client Sales Manager, Sam McGuckin as a Regional Sales Manager, Sandra Harrington as a Senior Product Manager, and Barbara Kesser, Robert Engwall, and William White as senior members of Duck Creek’s Professional Services team.
