Customer Service and SupportUpon selecting Duck Creek Technologies, the customer is provided a single point of contact – the Account Manager – that will manage their needs. This Account Manager is responsible for scoping the project, ensuring all requirements are captured, working with the customer on resource needs (from both the customer and Duck Creek) and managing the project through to implementation. The Account Manager will also inform the customer as to any implementation issues that have been identified. Duck Creek is very timely in turning around fixes, and in emergency situations, Duck Creek will fix a problem and release a critical update immediately. Customers will be provided with a Duck Creek Service Center Web site, from which they can download all fixes and patches. Subsequently, Duck Creek will incorporate all fixes into a service release.
