Technical Training

Duck Creek Technical Training gets your technical resources comfortable with the EXAMPLE Platform®. This transfer of knowledge helps to ensure a successful implementation of the EXAMPLE Platform both initially and ongoing.

Technical training is facilitated by Duck Creek’s Technical Implementation Team. The team consists of individuals that are skilled in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. During technical training, your team will learn how to support the Platform. The team will also learn how to integrate the Platform with existing applications and other components, including data services.

Author Training

Our training modules are designed to provide quick and flexible learning. In the Basic Training segment, your team will cover common functions used in EXAMPLE Author®. The Basic Training manual is provided as a guide. In each module, a component of a ManuScript™ is completed and tested.

Advanced training classes are also available for those customers who would like to spend more time on their specific ManuScripts.
